I'm here
So, yes, I haved arrived in California. I've been in training at my new job for the last two weeks and finally got the DSL set up in the apartment.
Life out here is good. Last weekend Athena and I watched the sun set over some Pacific Ocean surfers. It feels like I've been able to hop right back into it with friends of mine out here I've not seen regularly in several years. I do miss my east coast friends - I haven't yet adjusted to the time difference so whenever I think "I'll call Todd" or whatever I'll realize that it's well after bedtime over there.
