Digital Negative
Finally some promised pics from our trip to Yosemite a few weeks ago.
Keith LongHair is going to hate me for saying this, but I've been toying around with using my shots as true digital negatives. To save some measure of self respect, though, I'm limiting myself to what I would normally do in an analog darkroom - coarse exposure and color correction and spot retouching. Painting out a scratch or hot CMOS pixel, ok. Cloning out something I was too lazy to compose around, not ok. This image, for instance, is only carefully burned and dodged.
